I appreciate that you're able to offer low-fare flights, and I understand that you make that feasible by upselling basic and lifesaving items, like, say, a life jacket. But is it really necessary that, for someone to board the plane, you have to put a "personal item" tag on their fanny pack or small purse when that item is just going to sit on their lap? That's overkill. Also, if you're going to delay a flight by 3 hours and still do that to customers, that's an MCBC move.

Love the new app. Dislike how, on a nice summer day, people have to go to 3+ different locations to park a bike because: 1) many stations have no availability to return your bike, or 2) the available slots aren't functioning and need maintenance. You know what would be great? 1) Weekly tracking and maintaining all the bike slots within a station that aren't functioning, and 2) incentivizing/rewarding customers by gamifying the app to move bikes from a full station to one without any bikes. eg) see Citi Bikes in NYC. There's so much potential for Toronto Bike Sharing to be a more seamless experience!

City of Vancouver - Parking

Have you used one of those apps to pay for parking, only for it to glitch when you tried to extend your parking? Then got a ticket after getting to your car just a few minutes late after your parking expired? Count on the City of Vancouver parking squad to immediately issue a ticket with no grace period of even a minute or two. And now they've changed the rules so that if you want to dispute the ticket, you have to pay an extra $25 if the ticket is upheld. Niceeeeeee monetization strategy, city government!
